Roasted Carrots

A simple, healthy side dish for any entree


INGREDIENTS

6 carrots (bulk)
salt
pepper
2 tbsp olive oil


DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Peel and chop carrots into 1 inch pieces
3. Place on a baking sheet
4. Drizzle olive oil over carrots. Mix until each piece is coated.
5. Salt and pepper lightly.
6. Bake for 20 minutes. Flip carrots so they brown evenly on both sides. Bake for another 20 minutes.
